There are so many social networking sites out there! We could spend the whole day on the computer.
I hear a faint call coming from the laundry room: ”Mom…there aren’t any clean socks!” My automatic response while I’m categorizing friends into the right circles: “Wash your own! Holy cow…your almost 6!!!”
A few minutes later: ”Mom! What’s for dinner?” Sheesh! Don’t my 5 children realize that I am importing likes to share with my cyber friends??? Please!
Okay, okay…. so it’s not that bad (although sometimes I feel that way!) It’s just that the realm of social media and networking sites is ever expanding and improving. There are so many out there but really…do we need to be on all of them??? The answer is No…unless you want everything else in your life to go to pot (except….you will always retain your virtual friends…woo hoo! high five to your computer)
I think it’s great to check them out and decide which you would like to be a part of. This is a new site I came across this morning. Circle me. This site takes all of your likes, (from facebook, foursquare and netflix) or you can enter your own right on the site, and shares them. The purpose is to connect you with other people who share your same interests. Interesting concept.

I just got on twitter because I felt like bloggers have to tweet… I was so out of my element it was pretty hilarious. I’ll have to check out that link you provided… finding people out there with the same interests is the whole point, isn’t it? thanks
